1 lb browned sausage 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tsp guar gum
Brown the sausage and remove from the pan. Reserve the grease in the pan. Add the water and cream. Bring to a slight boil and then add the guar gum. Reduce heat to medium. You'll need an immersion blender/stick blender to remove lumps.
Add sausage back in and heat for 2 more minutes. Serve over scrambled eggs, your favorite LC bread...eat it plain...it's DELICIOUS!!!
