So my health professor was saying that most carbs come from plant based foods, but that one animal based food is full of carbohydrates. It's driving me nuts, what is it?? Do you know??

milk. cheese tends to be low carb and i think yoghurt is too because of the way they are made. Fresh milk however is quite high in carbs.

Animal product, I didn't even think of it in a semi-refined (as in not the meat itself) way. Dur. Thanks :)

lol that's ok :) egg is another carb containing animal product but they only have about .7g carb per egg, so not enough to count
