So.... I signed up for ediets today. They have a "convenience plan" that uses a lot of frozen foods which are, admittedly, a large part of my diet anyway. Fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain stuff are thrown in there too, but mostly very easy things to throw together. They generate a weekly menu, as well as a shopping list. Should be interesting.
I haven't canceled my WW membership yet... but I haven't been using it really, either. I *have* noticed that I get burnt out on a "plan" after a few months though, so maybe when I get sick of someone else telling me what to eat, I'll pick up with WW again for awhile... until I get sick of counting.... and so forth, ad nauseum.
Gotta get my ass back to Curves, too. I miss it, just have no energy. I should be taking my iron, but it upsets my digestive system so... thinking about making an appointment when kellamaste
and I go to the National College of Naturopathic Medicine on Monday... I know there are supposed to be some alternate therapies for anemia (and some of my other issues, heh).
This probably wasn't the best week to start, considering the fact that kellamaste
will be here in a couple of days, and while I don't plan to overeat, we will be eating out a lot, and I don't really want to be super restrictive (beyond the low fat diet that my lack-of-gallbladder insists upon anyway). But, hey... if nothing else it will give me a chance to check out the plan and price out the shopping list.
We'll see how it goes...
